Classic method sparkling rosé brut, produced by Ca del Vent in Lombardy, 2018 vintage. 0.75 liter bottle. Aged for 55 months on the lees, this Pinot Noir rosé features fine perlage and an onion skin color. Fruity aromas on the nose, fresh and savory on the palate, ideal with fish dishes.
