Description
This riesling is sourced from a 1 hectare plot in a vineyard called Cissone. The vineyard is planted at a 5,000 vines per hectare density and is farmed with organic practices. In the winery the grapes go through a soft press and ferment in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks for 15-20 days. The riesling is then left to age ‘sur lie’ for 10 months before bottling. The total production is 4,500 bottles.
Tasting notes :
The bright yellow color with notes of white flowers, white peach and citrus, cedar and grapefruit. Juicy and fresh with a pronounced acidity and minerality.
