Some things just really work, this is one of those things. Well farmed Martinborough Sauvignon Blanc, grown by good friends, picked by hand and fermented wild with full skin contact for a few weeks.
The resulting wine is the full bodied truth of whole fruit, the skins, the flesh, the juice and seed. Lovely juicy fruit density, super lush tropical nose, a full flavoured wine that lingers on the palate. Hallmark acidity keeps the entire wine upright and full of energy.
