This year the fruit ripened easily with a moderate crop and typical warm and dry conditions. This vintage was aged 15 months in oak 45% new, 80% French Medium Plus Toast, 20% American Medium Toast.Aromas Features aromatic tiers of ripe mulberry, spiced black tea and purple floral notes.Taste and flavors The 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon has dark fruit, black plum, spice and a hint of tar in the aromas. It is full in the palate with good concentration, dark fruit flavors and considerable structure in the finish.
