Brut classic method sparkling wine from Emilia-Romagna, 12.5% ABV, produced by Cantina della Volta. Blend: 55% Chardonnay, 45% Pinot Noir. 0.75L bottle. A classic method born from the Bellei family’s passion for sparkling wines, winemakers since 1920. Aged for a minimum of 45 months on the lees. Indulgent aromas of fresh fruit, especially plum and white peach, enveloped by nuances of bread crust, hawthorn, and lemon cream. Straw yellow in color with greenish highlights. It shows tension, remaining supple and airy; a bitter aftertaste. A perfect wine as an aperitif or to accompany light dishes.
