A Charmat method brut sparkling wine produced by Cantina Montecchia di Crosara (Cantina di Soave) in Veneto. A Lessini Durello DOC that expresses the volcanic soul of Lessinia. A wide variety of aromatic components, ranging from the evocative woodland fragrances typical of Lessinia, such as elderberry and hawthorn, to the delicate and seductive citrus notes of citron and yellow grapefruit. Straw yellow with brilliant reflections. Immediate, pleasant, and elegant, yet lively and full of character.
