Description
This delightful Prosecco is straw yellow with greenish hues. The nose is fruity, with good intensity and notes of mature fruit. The dominating scent is Golden Delicious apple. In the mouth the wine is fresh, with good body, pleasant and harmonious. The bubbles are very fine and persistent. Excellent throughout the meal, this is particularly ideal with risotto, pasta dishes in general, fish and white meat. – Carpene Malvolti
