Description
Still red wine from Tuscany IGT, 13.5% ABV, produced by Casanova di Neri. 100% Sangiovese, 2022 vintage. A wine born from the passion of Giovanni Neri, founder of the winery in 1971, for Sangiovese di Montalcino. Manual harvest in September. Manual selection of the grapes before and after destemming. Spontaneous fermentation without the use of added yeasts and maceration supported by frequent punching down. The entire process takes place in open, conical stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature for 13 days. The nose reveals spicy notes and intense red berries. Ruby red with purplish highlights, intense and vibrant. On the palate, its excellent tannic structure, enveloping and highly drinkable, harmonizes with its beautiful softness.
