Description
Organic Franciacorta Rosé Brut, 12.5% ABV, produced by Castello Bonomi, a historic Franciacorta winery. 2021 vintage, 0.75L bottle. A vintage Rosé made from Pinot Noir grapes grown on the slopes of Monte Orfano. The bouquet features notes of wild strawberries, roses, and toasted bread, a riot of aromas that paves the way for an elegant and persistent finish. After gentle pressing, the wine is vinified with cold maceration to enhance the wine’s aromas and bouquet, with fermentation at approximately 14°C. After initial fermentation in stainless steel, the base wine ages for approximately 6 months at a controlled temperature. On the palate, it is persistent, broad, and lively, with a balanced effervescence and a clean, fresh finish.
