Description
Still red from Tuscany, 14.5% ABV, produced by Castello di Ama. 100% Merlot, 2021 vintage. A wine born in the heart of Chianti Classico, from a winery founded in 1976, with a limited production of just 11,400 bottles. Red berry fruit, blackberry; spices reminiscent of vanilla, black peppercorns, and juniper. A balsamic note completes this wine’s aroma. Deep purple red with violet reflections, impenetrable. On the palate, it is extremely elegant, soft, and enveloping, with silky, gentle yet powerful tannins. Decidedly fresh, very persistent, and endless.
