Description
A classic method sparkling rosé brut, produced by Castello Pomino – Frescobaldi, from Tuscany, 12.5% ABV, 2017 vintage. A wine born in a 16th-century castle, made with Pinot Noir grapes. 0.75 L bottle. The bouquet continues the story with finesse and elegance, playing heavily on a sensation of tantalizing freshness. Notes of red fruit are accompanied by citrus notes of pink grapefruit and a fresh essence of hawthorn blossom. Subsequently, sensations of bread crust and spicy notes lead the way. The entry into the mouth is dry, clean, creamy, and extremely elegant, with a sweet almond undertone supported by textbook acidity and excellent freshness. It closes with a return of cherry for a pleasantly persistent finish.
