Charmat method brut sparkling wine, produced by Cavit, from the Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT, 11.5% vol. 100% Müller Thurgau. 0.75 l bottle, 2025 vintage. A Special Cuvée that celebrates the aromatics of Müller Thurgau, a typical grape variety of Trentino-Alto Adige. Cavit is a winery deeply rooted in its region: Trentino. Extremely fine perlage that generates a white foam and a persistent crown. Delicate, finely aromatic bouquet with spicy notes. Pale straw color with evident greenish hues. Soft, pleasantly fresh, elegant, and characterful flavor.
