An extra dry sparkling rosé from the heart of Emilia-Romagna, Charmat method, 11.5% ABV, produced by Cantine Ceci. Pinot Noir blend. 0.75 l bottle. A Lambrusco Rosé that embodies the freshness and vivacity of a region rich in history and passion. Cantine Ceci, founded by Otello, an innkeeper from the Parma lowlands, masterfully combines the history of wine with its future. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasant, and refined aromas that open with notes of cherry, raspberry, and strawberry, followed by aromas of pear, rose, and cyclamen. A pale cherry pink color. On the palate, it corresponds well to the nose, with an effervescent and fresh attack, yet balanced by the alcohol, good body, and intense flavors.
