Finca Origen Andino in Ugarteche, Luján de Cuyo. Altitude: 2900 ft. – Climate: Mild – Soil: Clay Loam – Production: 80qq / ha – Age of the Vineyard: 15 years
Tasting and food pairing: This fresh and juicy Argentine Malbec, with ripe fruit aromas and herbaceous profile, will pair nicely with Southwestern specialties such as enchiladas, quesadillas, nachos and carne asada tacos. It’s acidity and creaminess will calm the heat of your favorite hot sauce or Pico de Gallo! Buen Apetito.
