Still red wine from Umbria, 13.5% ABV, produced by Cesarini Sartori. A blend of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Sangiovese. 0.75L bottle, 2022 vintage. A wine born from the passion of a family dedicated to the land and the production of quality wines. Intense notes of blackberry and black pepper. Wild berry jam, reminiscent of candied orange peel, and vegetal notes complete the bouquet. Ruby red in color with purple highlights, consistent. The impressive smoothness is supported by a pleasing freshness and a savory character that perfectly embodies the terroir; the wine is balanced and harmonious. Persistent, the flavor fully reflects the nose.
