Description
This cuv?e of M’con-Chardonnay Les Cr?ts 2019 is made from old vines (28 years old) planted on a rather deep (80 cm) clayey-limestone terroir.The palate is greedy and fresh with sunny aromas, typical of this terroir. Fine muscat and white fruit notes can be identified, combined with discreet touches of citrus zest. The finish is precise and lengthened by pretty bitterness. WINE AND FOOD PAIRING: As an aperitif, tapenade, seafood, shellfish, fried fish, fried wishbones.
