Description
With a good fruit, very expressive, notes of chocolate and liquorice, the olfaction of this grand cru makes you want to go further. On the palate, we discover a frank attack, then a rich, fruity, well-structured structure with a good length. This wine has it all, and will continue to do so for a few more years.
Saint-Brice: The winemaker
This vast vineyard of nearly 100 ha has various properties including the Ch. Saint-Brice, produced on a little more than 6 ha, on the gravelly part of Saint-Elian, with a third of Cabernet Sauvignon.
