Description
The vineyard has an extension of 5000 sqm with a south exposure. This wine represents an old local oenology treasure and it has been recently rediscovered and improved thanks to the careful selections of the grapes. We do the harvest at the end of October/ early November, then a slow maceration of 15/20days at controlled temperature. After the malolactic fermentation, decanting in small oak barrel (barrique) for a period of 3 months. The product does a short passage in steel tanks before bottling.
It’s offered for sale in late May. Best served in wide glasses for a proper oxygenation. Wine also suited to ageing.
