A bright and engaging red, with a vivid stream of violet and iris notes racing over the top of mulberry and boysenberry puree flavors. Its sleek, chalky minerality is encased in the fruit, and the finish lingers, with breezy energy. Merlot and Cabernet Franc. Best from 2026 through 2036. 5,800 cases made, 1,900 cases imported.

A juicy and serious Fronsac offering aromas of blackberries, sweet spices and hints of earth. It’s medium-bodied with fine, firm tannins. Vivid and finely textured, it shows a bright core of berries at the center. Agile and poised. Dense and persistent finish. Drink from 2027.

The 2022 Les Trois Croix offers a wonderful bouquet with blackberry and bilberry fruit scents, a delightful marine influence and great vigor. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannins and plenty of crisp, pure black fruit notes, complemented by a dash of white pepper and allspice on the finish. This is a lovely Fronsac from one of its most consistent performers.
