Soulful, bold and true, this dry red wine brings together the structure and dense black currant flavors of Cabernet Sauvignon wine and the sumptuous dark fruit and spice of whole cluster Syrah for an expressive and original option. It has a plush, velvety mouthfeel. Open a bottle of this Cabernet wine to serve with beef, Italian sausage or pork. Washington grapes in this dry wine come from the Columbia Valley. Ripe blackberries, blackcurrants, olives and black pepper on the nose. It’s full-bodied with firm, chewy tannins framing a juicy, concentrated core of sweet, ripe black fruit. Cabernet sauvignon and syrah. Lots of fruit but ends dry and stylish. Drink from 2022.
