Description
Born under the HautMedoc appellation, Chateau Peyrabon 2012 comes from an association between Cabernet Sauvignon 61.5%, Merlot 29%, Cabernet Franc 5.5% and Petit Verdot 4% . With a brilliant ruby ??hue, this 2012 vintage has a relatively open nose combining notes of ripe fruit and cinnamon. When stirred, it reveals floral and menthol aromas. On the palate, the 2012 Chateau Peyrabon presents a frank attack which suggests good potential. It then develops on fleshy and tasty tannins. At the end of the mouth, there is a certain marked freshness which tightens the tannins. – Chateau Peyrabon
