Description
Still organic red, 13.5% ABV, produced by Chateau Thivin in Beaujolais, France. 2023 vintage. A Cote de Brouilly that embodies the tradition of a family dedicated to viticulture since 1743. The hand-harvested Gamay grapes are partially destemmed and macerated for 10-14 days. Aged in oak barrels for 7-9 months. Bouquet of iris and peonies. Garnet red with bluish reflections. Round on the palate with aromas of black fruits and spices, and a long, silky finish. A full-bodied, elegant wine, perfect for pairing with red meats and cheeses.
