A Sancerre that embodies the elegance of Sauvignon Blanc, with meticulous vinification and 9-month aging. Manual harvest, long pneumatic pressing, 65% alcoholic fermentation in vats and 35% in barrels. The bouquet features notes of passion fruit, lime, and pineapple, accompanied by spicy notes. Pale gold in color. On the palate, the wine is fresh, persistent, and mineral. Awarded 92/100 Decanter, 94/100 Robert Parker, 93/100 Vinous, and 91/100 Wine Spectator.
