Description
A wine of medium ruby color, it contains floral aromas that have notes of red currant and dark berry fruits. The mid-palate has a firm structure and good delineation. There is a nice finish with very good minerality.
Vineyard
Located to the west of the village, our 0.27 hectare plot includes 60-year-old vines planted in brown-red soil with some limestone.
Pairing
Served at 15-16°C, this wine will highlight meats such as lamb, rabbit or sausages. It will also go well with a grilled tuna steak. Many cheeses will go well with this wine, but more particularly a goat’s cheese such as Selles Sur Cher or Gaperon.
