Description
Still red, Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG, 15% ABV, produced by La Collina dei Ciliegi. 0.75-liter bottle, 2020 vintage. An Amarone born from the Gianolli family’s passion for the Veronese terroir, a wine that best expresses the terroir. After harvesting, the grapes are dried for at least four months. Aged for 24 months in wood and 6 months in bottle. The nose presents notes of cherry jam and sweet spices that foreshadow an intense palate. A deep and dense garnet red color. On the palate, it has a decisive attack, excellent mid-palate volume, and a balsamic and persistent finish.
