Description
Still red Valpolicella DOC, 12% ABV, produced by La Collina dei Ciliegi. Blend: Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella. 0.75 L bottle, 2022 vintage. A Valpolicella born from the Gianolli family’s passion for the land and wine, with production beginning in 2005. The grapes are pressed and destemmed, fermented at 22-27°C, and aged for at least one year in large barrels. The nose is full of sensations of fresh red berries. Ruby red in color, with good consistency. On the palate, it is direct, with a simple mid-palate and a fresh, enjoyable finish.
