Classic method brut sparkling wine from Alta Langa DOCG, 12.5% ABV, produced by Contratto, a historic Piedmontese winery founded in 1867. Blend: 80% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay. 0.75 L bottle, 2021 vintage. An Alta Langa born from a long sparkling winemaking tradition, with a second fermentation in the bottle lasting at least 48 months on the lees. Hints of yellow apple, honey, and fresh flowers herald a fresh and enveloping palate, with hints of citrus and notes of petit fours. The perlage is delicate and persistent, an invitation to celebrate every moment.
