Description
Delicate color that recalls the rose gold due to the short maceration. The nose expresses all the character of the Pinot Noir rosé opening with an intense floral notes of rose and wild strawberry, which is followed by an enveloping mineral note and a note of yeasts and grapefruit. In the mouth this wine is smooth and fresh, thanks to the fruity notes, but at the same time it’s a wine of character and long persistence.
