From 6 acres of Bordeaux varieties planted in 2008/09. Each cluster was hand-harvested and individually berry sorted from our ‘Revana Vineyard’ and fermented separately with the objective to produce a world class blend of power and elegance that reflects the unique high-elevation terroir of Los Chacayes. The pure rock soils, intense UV radiation and high-elevation compound to develop elegant complexities of aromatics and texture that are rarely associated with Mendoza.
