Description
Fermented Sur Lees method in new oak barrels with a light creamy bouquet of oak, apple, and pineapple. Flavors of apple, unripe pineapple and oak are laced with firm acidity and moderate tannin. It finishes medium-broad and medium-long with a lingering spicy oak flavor. Pairs well with a variety of foods, fish, chicken, cheeses etc.
