A still white wine from California, 14.5% ABV, produced by De Loach. 100% Chardonnay. 0.75 L bottle, 2021 vintage. A Chardonnay that reflects De Loach’s commitment to sustainability and quality, with grapes sourced from the renowned Russian River Valley. Vinification with native yeast fermentation and lees mingling for 10 months. Aged for 14 months in French oak. Aromas of orange blossom, lime zest, and honeysuckle. Warm, full-bodied flavors of mandarin and nutmeg spread across the palate, creating a full-bodied white wine.
