Lets be clear, theres no such thing as white cacao. The only reason we named this creme white, is to set it apart from its darker and bitterer compeer. By using a crystal clear double distilled cacao extract we created the perfect cocktail ingredient, sweet and translucent. Without the brown this liqueur still qualifies as pure chocolate, offering a rich nose of cacao and a nice hint of butter. 24% ABV, 48 Proof
