It’s best served chilled, after meals as digestive. Also can be used in cooking and It is an increasingly popular ingredient in cocktails, as it imparts a strong lemon flavor without the sourness or bitterness of lemon juice. Can poor over ice cream, or enjoy in a summer iced tea.
