Description
Domaine Curveux is a family-run estate located in the town of Fuissé, in the heart of the Pouilly-Fuissé appellation. The estate has been passed from father to son for four generation, with the property currently being managed by Guillaume Curveux. Their eight-hectare vineyard covers the expanse of three villages: Solutré, Chaintré, and Fuissé. The vines benefit from the prized clay and limestone soil of the region. The juice is aged in vats and/or oak barrels for an average of ten months before being bottled at the property.
