A Vin Jaune, an iconic Jura wine, made from the Savagnin grape, aged for years under a layer of yeast that gives it a unique character. Notes of dried fruit on the nose, accompanied by spicy notes. Golden yellow. On the palate, the wine is rich and elegant, with a persistence that invites further tasting. A meditation wine, perfect with aged cheeses, nuts, and mushroom dishes.
