Clos de Vougeot Grand Cru 2015, a still red from Burgundy, produced by Les Parcellaires De Saulx. 0.75 L bottle, 14% ABV. A wine that represents the excellence of Burgundy, a Grand Cru that expresses the complexity and elegance of Pinot Noir. Rich, elegant aromas, accompanied by notes of black cherry, blackberry, hints of moss, and hints of smokiness. Ruby red color with garnet hues. On the palate, it is minerally and dense, but not overly so. A meditation wine, perfect for pairing with grilled red meats and aged cheeses.
