A more serious, round, ripe Crozes-Hermitage (100% Syrah) shows pure berry fruit notes intermixed with herb, licorice and incense characteristics. This is a very stylish wine made by Maxime Graillot, the son of iconic Crozes-Hermitage producer Alain Grailliot.
