Description

Clear with bright silver linings. Floral and spicy grilled pineapple and dried apple-like agave aromas have a waxy edge. A smooth entry leads to a dry-yet-fruity medium-bodied palate with dried harvest and tropical fruit, grilled pepper, and wet stone flavors. Finishes with a long, tongue-warming mineral, white pepper, and grilled citrus fade. A lively and beautiful Blanco.
