Alsace Riesling Cuvée René 2024 by Dopff & Irion, a semi-aromatic still white wine from Alsace, 12.5% ABV, 100% Riesling. A Riesling that expresses the minerality of the Alsatian terroir, with notes of apple, peach, white almond, and grey pepper. Macerated on the fine lees for 4 months. Greenish-gold color with silver highlights. Lively, fresh, and persistent on the palate. Ideal with grilled fish, goat’s cheese, and white fish.
