Inspired by the Bordeaux varieties, our classic blend opens with aromas of black plum, blackberry jam, and white pepper. Subtle barrel spice notes mingle with delectable flavors of dates, dried cherries, and apricot on the palate. As always, impeccably balanced with the structure to play well with food and yet the smooth richness to enjoy all by itself.
