Brut Nature Champagne from the Champagne region of France, 12% ABV, produced by Eric Taillet Champagne. Blend: 90% Pinot Meunier, 10% Chardonnay. 0.75L bottle. A Champagne born from the passion of Eric Taillet, who has cultivated the vines with respect and love since 1995, passing this passion on to his children. Straw yellow. Floral and fruity aromas on the nose, accompanied by yeasty notes that reflect the long aging on the lees. On the palate, the wine is ample, rich, and mineral, with a fine and persistent perlage.
