Description
Still red wine from Alto Adige, 13.5% ABV, produced by Erste and Neue. A Pinot Noir Riserva, 2022 vintage, that speaks to the passion and dedication of a historic winery. The company was founded in 1986 from the merger of “Erste Kellerei” (1900) and “Neue Kellerei” (1925). The wine undergoes a traditional 12-day maceration, partly using whole grapes. It then ages for 12 months in barrique. Its typical Pinot Noir bouquet reveals fine cherry aromas and a hint of vanilla. The wine has a light ruby red color with light garnet reflections. This elegant wine impresses with its good structure and lively tannins that conclude with a lovely finish.
