Description
Bright ruby in color with hints of purple. Nose has high fruit intensity with notes of blackcurrant, blueberries, and spiced aromas of black and pink pepper. Palate is fresh with a fruity start with refreshing acidity. Soft and elegant fine grain tannins. Notes of raspberry tart lingers on the palate, with a long persistent finish. Pair with duck breast, spicy beef, and crunchy vegetable stir fry.
