Description
This cuvée is made up of the six grape varieties of the appellation: 1/6 Arbane, Petit Meslier, Pinot blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot meunier, Pinot noir. This champagne has undergone alcoholic fermentation in second and third wine Burgundy barrels, corked with a staple during the second fermentation before being aged on slats for a minimum of 6 years and then dosed at 3g/litre.
