Fanti Vin Santo Sant’Antimo DOC displays a yellow ochre color with golden hues. The wine is complex, offering a combination of flavors such as honey, chestnut, dried fruit, raisins, plum jam, and fir cone. Upon tasting, the wine has a warm and sweet entry, with the same notes perceived on the nose. Additionally, the flavors are complemented by hints of almond, walnut, and dried fruit. The wine concludes with a persistent finish, thanks to its marked acidity and minerality.
