Description
The Chardonnay grown on the medium-high hill of the vineyard of Montalfoglio allows you to obtain a sparkling rich base. Bright straw yellow in colour, it has a continuous and delicate perlage with a slightly creamy foam. The delicate and floral aromas, followed by fruit with citrus sensations, leave space at the end with slight notes of sage and acacia. It presents in the mouth with a modulated development of citrus freshness, juicy and soft at the same time, balanced and with good persistence. Prepared with the Charmat or Martinotti method, it ferments in an autoclave where it stays for two months on its lees.
