A core of sweet, juicy fruit, black cherry and blackberry flavors with a long, extended finish on the palate.Vineyards Faust seeks Cabernet Sauvignon from Agustins family vineyards in Rutherford and Napas Tulocay viticultural area in the eastern foothills, as well as small lots from diverse mountain and valley terroirs.Winemaking The grapes are double sorted and crushed at Quintessa then cold macerated and fermented in oak and stainless steel tanks. Faust is aged for 18 months in new and one-year-old French oak. – Faust
