A Blanc de Blancs born from Giulio Ferrari’s passion to create a wine in Italy inspired by the finest French Champagne. Aged for over 36 months on selected lees. Remarkably persistent perlage. Of great intensity, the fruity notes typical of Chardonnay lead to pleasant hints of bread crust and hazelnut. Fresh and refined, it makes the sip inviting and satisfying. The long finish offers nuances of citrus and mineral sensations.
