Ample notes of citrus, ripe golden apple, wisteria, and wildflowers, accompanied by pleasant yeasty notes from over two years of bottle aging. Intense straw yellow and persistent perlage. Smooth and harmonious, with a pleasant undertone of ripe fruit and hints of pastry perfectly blended into a pleasing roundness.
