A classic method brut rosé sparkling wine produced by Ferrari, a renowned winery in Trentino-Alto Adige. Non-vintage, so no vintage is indicated. A tribute to the Italian sparkling wine tradition, with over three years of aging on the lees in the bottle. Blend of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay. A delicate bouquet with hints of yeast and berries, typical of Pinot Noir. An elegant dusty rose color. A tasty smoothness, rich flavor, and an intriguing vinosity. Aromas of raspberry, wild strawberry, and violet are complemented by hints of brioche on the finish.
